Well my Friends, I am going to answer all of these question in this Blog. So this is must read post and i'll urge you to re share it so more people would be able to know about it.....
Circles:-
Google’s social platform, Google+, has a feature called “Circles” that allows users to put various different people in specific groupings or lists.
- Share relevant content with the right people
- Follow content posted by people you find interesting
No one in a circle can see who else is in the circle. They also don’t
know what you’ve names the circle, or how many other people are in it.
Here is the G+ wording on it.
Circles make it easy to share the right things with the right people, just like in
real life. Now you can share some things with close friends, others with your family,
and almost nothing with your boss.
Purpose of the Circles:-
According to Google, the purpose of the profile was to help share what you see when you search your own name. You control which bits of information are visible to the world. You can build a personal bio, share information like your address,
G+ says on it:-
Circles are an easy way to organize the people you know like in real life. They make it easy for you to share with just the right people, whether you’re sending an inside joke to friends or sharing that unbelievable photo with everyone. We give you a few circles to start out with, and you can create new circles for even more flexibility. Circles let you filter what people are sharing and get notified when important people in your life make a post. So you can catch up with close friends before reading what your neighbor ate for breakfast.
John Haydon further explains in his Blog;-
If a post was shared only with specific people or circles, you’ll see “Limited” in top right of the post. When you click on that, you can see the total number of people who received the post. This doesn’t tell you what Circles people are in because posts can be shared with multiple Circles, and even combinations of Circles and individual people.
Circles Working:-
Circles let you share information with specific groups
of people while excluding everyone else. They also let you read content
from those groups while ignoring all the rest of the information on
Google Plus. Putting someone in a circle doesn't mean they'll follow you
back -- a circle can be a one-way relationship. In this way, Google
Plus is a lot like Twitter -- you can follow people even if they don't follow you back. The main activity on Google Plus takes place in the stream. The stream
is a lot like the wall on Facebook -- it's where you'll see status
updates from the people you've chosen to follow in your circles. You can
share your own status updates with specific circles or even individual
users.
Circle Sharing:-
When you share a circle, you share a list of the people who are in that
circle at that time. The name of the circle isn't revealed. Sharing a
circle is a great way to help out other people who may want to create a
circle with the same people. For instance, you can share your 'Family'
circle with other family members new to Google+.
So, there is a simple reason to share a circle i.e somebody who had shared it want to help, promote and reward people to get more followers. But this should be a lie. Actually, by sharing his circle he is increasing his popularity among his followers and it is one of the easy way to get noticed. Some people want to increase their span quickly so they shared it and in a way it helps the people in the circle but the person who shares it get benefited most. Because when those people re share that circle the name of original sharer is still used, by looking at a circle some people get curious to be the part of it. So, they add him in their circle and ask him to include them in his circle. Well this my opinion! But some people do this to promote G+ and their business or their page or their community and some people do this reward their followers who helped them to rise when they were struggling on G+....
Sometimes you lose followers because some people won't like circle sharing or they won't get the idea behind getting more followers. Whoever used to share it, they consider him fool.
Helps in getting more followers:-
One of the fastest ways to grow your followers on google plus is to add shared circles to your google plus profile.
Suppose a circle is shared with you. There is going to be a button of add people in that circle. When you gonna click it, all the people in that circle are going to appear in front of you in rows and columns. You are going to check about some of the people, you are going to like some people, you are going to like the tag line of people and most important of all you are going to be attracted towards good looking, and handsome people.(LOL)
So you are going to be curious about adding them and when you gonna add people, you are going to add at-least 5-10 people(psyche of normal people). And suppose there are 200 people in the circle and 100 people has re shared that post so this means if on an avg. 10 people sees that post and 5 add people then, 5*5=25 people are going to added from that circle per share. And in total 2500, 2500 divided by 200, this means every one would get 12.5 new followers. This calculation doesn't include people with whom it is shared. This is just the random explanation.
Resharing circle:-
I read these lines in a circle.
Sharing circles helps you to gain more followers. This is the quickest way of getting rid of the Google+ Ghost Town effect but you should still keep your primary focus on content creation, curation or sharing of other peoples content that you enjoy Creating and curating great content is how you keep followers!
Why should you reshare?
This greatly increases your chance of being added to the next circle!
Again, if you do decide to share make sure you share to "PUBLIC!"
This just makes it possible for anyone who goes to your profile able to see and add the circle if they would like to!
+Vladimir Samsonov writes in his reshared circle....
If you want to gain more followers and increase activity in your stream, taking part in shared circles is one of the best and fastest ways to do that. This is a shared public circle of a combination of active engagers, circle sharers and some of +Extreme active and awesome people on Google+. The People in this Circle Make Google Plus More Awesome!!

If I forgot to add you... doesn't mean I don't like you.... I just forgot to add you :)
Thanks everyone! Make it an Awesome Week! :)
Here is another style:-
Reshare this post publicly to help promote your fellow G-plussers. That
way YOU will receive more attention once the circle is released. If you
do not re share, I probably won't add you to the circle since this is a
joint effort to promote new/old talent. YOU deserve to be reshared,
right?
Let's show some Google+ love! :)
Add people from circles:-
Whenever a circle is shared with you or you are in a Shared circle. Yes! you need to add people.
It will help you to engaging with more people and engaging with the others is the best way to get more followers and keep your followers intact. One other benefit is that if you are going to add a person in your circle, there is a chance he'll add you back. It will also help you to receive interesting post from popular people who create their own post. If you re share these post publicly they will get more 1+ than usual. These are just minor points that were not discussed above. All other points are already discussed above. I gonna discuss more advantages of adding people in your circles in upcoming questions.
Marketing business:-
Google+ is quickly becoming an essential part of any business’s social media strategy.
It boasts a cool 250 million users! And this number is sure to grow very quickly as Google is making a Google+ account mandatory for all Gmail users.
The success of your business within Google+ will be a direct result of how you engage from both your personal and business pages.
With one click you can add these shared circles to your personal Google+ circles and have a lively stream of relevant posts and conversations to engage with.
Since your business page cannot circle someone until they circle you, it’s important to build relationships with your personal page and introduce your business page’s content where appropriate. As we have discussed earlier, how shared circles help you to get more followers. So its quite simple for you to understand that more people have you in circles more chances that people will see your post about your products. And more relevant people you engage with more earnings you can get. In short it will help you to advertise cheaply and effectively anf help you to grow your business.
One example I remember is of a Asad Ali who joined G+ to promote his websites that was related to pics of different categories. He started to take part in these circle( at that time I was dumped as far as social media is concerned) and added those people in his circle who were participating in these. He added me too, as he was my country fellow I added him back. The strategy he used was to post hot and sexy pics of girls in his profile by showing his gender female. People were dump enough to believe him a girl and the link he used to give for the posts, was of his website that never had pics that he used to post. In just matter of two months he crossed 15000 followers. Afterwards, I blocked him for posting that kind of content.
A lot have been discuss about this topic in other bolgs as well so I'll not go too deep.
Purpose of getting more followers:-
There are a lot of purposes to get more followers. One of them is to promote your business via social marketing , another is of to promote your blogs, pages or websites or your communities. If you are a photographer then you really need for more followers. Add writers, painters, poets and agents in that lit too. One of the purpose is to get more 1+ on your post and become a star on G+, some people like to have more people in their circle to get satisfaction, some people want to share their feelings, some people wants to learn different cultures and some want to spend some good time on G+ and BLAH BLAH BLAH....
In short there are as many purposes as many people. No one can deny why you need followers. Even someone who has no purpose has a purpose to get more followers.
My stake:-
What's my stake in circles. Well my stake is like all other people. I want to enjoy g+, learn g+ and experience g+. Apart from that, as I am writer, a poet and a thinker and you are reading my Blog, This simply means I want to promote myself. I want to know how good writer I am, does my poetry has what it takes to be a good poet, do I write good columns, CAn I be rated as a thinker. Apart from these, I have other reasons too. One of them is to know different people, their culture, their tradition and their mind set. There are a lot of things to explore on this world and social media is one the ways to explore it. I am a student of accounting and I am currently busy in studies the only relaxing thing I have is G+. This is the place where I can relax and feel freedom, lose all my tension's and can explore my writing skills. I want to achieve many things in life and they are only possible when I would have at least 50,000 followers in my circles. What are they that's not gonna reveal today. But the thing sharing circle is really important for me and I have to participate in it....
NOTE:-
Circle sharing is now banned on G+ as per court ruling.
I have tried to explain all the questions answers briefly. Some of the points are not discussed here because I think they need to be explained separately. So, my friends everything you want to know about circles is here. Of course I haven't told you to whom you should had to follow whom you have not to because its up you to decide who is important to you or who is not. May you have got What you came for. Do reply me about this post....

Sharing circles can be of great benefit when you do it correctly…and sparingly.
Now that you’ve found several circles you like, you can share them with the people who already have you in their circles. Be sure to include yourself, if the category is appropriate for you, when sharing a circle. This can end up increasing your follower count.

A
shared circle is simply a circle that is shared. If you share the
circle publicly to your stream, anyone who comes across it can add it.
Anyone can share a circle on Google+; however, if no one adds these
circles, they won't do the people included much good - and the way to
reach more people to add the circles is by encouraging those included to
share it. - See more at:
